Coordinate efforts of cross functional groups:

Ensure conformance to standards as needed (HIPPA/SOX/GDPR)
Maintain project timelines - Adjust as needs/priorities shift
Coordinate with change control process
Status updates and communication
Escalations and crisis management
System Design - Integration - Troubleshooting
System Design
Design review and best practices recommendation
Greenfield system design based on needs analysis
Integration Services
Enterprise Architect and/or Subject Matter Experts available to support implementations hands on
Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting of complex integrated systems
Coordination of all resources to drive the process to a successful resolution
